Many teams fail to tap their full potential.
Some teams can be little more than an uncreative collection of clashing egos which demonstrate relational immaturity, fear and other dysfunctionalities. Others just need a little external help to really make them fly.

Our approach is based on a fearless exploration of context and purpose, and the discovery of ways of thinking and relating together. It is also about deepening curiosity and awareness, expanding behavioural choices, and getting “real” about the kinds of conversations that need to become routine in order to deliver sustained high performance.
The environment in which we conduct our fearless exploration together is important, and we will work with you to design an appropriate level of simulation and stimulation to get to “real” as quickly as possible.
Action learning forums
We learn more when we explore together.
We create facilitated opportunities for peers from within and across organisations to learn together. Using an approach based on action inquiry, the learning is grounded in delegates’ experience rather than in abstract case studies.
Delegates will also be introduced to, and invited to consider and test the latest thinking and tools in the context of their personal challenges and needs.

Wild vitality retreats
Individuals and teams need time to reflect, re-orientate, energise and plan their next steps.
We provide tailored retreats and treks, working with you to co-design the duration, levels of accompaniment, facilitation, isolation and challenge you need.
All organisations carry the negative effects of stress to some extent or other.
This can manifest itself in delays and cost as they try and make sense of changing market conditions and respond to competitors’ initiatives. At a leadership team level, group-think can numb reaction; and, at a personal level it can manifest as fear, avoidance behaviours, fatigue and burn-out.
We use a range of approaches and tools derived from a complexity and ecological view of business to help leadership teams explore the resilience and vitality of their organisations.
Follow-on steps include the facilitation of wider engagements with staff through a range of workshop approaches, such as Appreciative Inquiry, to inform the design and delivery of an appropriate programme of interventions.
